Highly effective polishing compound that removes scratches and restores shine on plastic, acrylic, perspex, and resin. Customers said it "works very well" and delivers "excellent results" on 3D prints, car parts, watch crystals, and eyeglasses. Works best with buffer/electric tool. Some found hand polishing tedious with mixed results. Small 50ml bottle size noted as pricey but efficient.

  • Scuff is completely gone. No swirl marks. Like new.
  • It took probably 30 seconds in the lathe to get a mirror finish
  • It turns small scratches into tiny waves that soon become indiscernible

I used it to polish out a scuffs on a clear plastic visor. Initially I tried cod cream as suggested in another review but that just left a slightly cloudy effect due to being too coarse. The glass polish compound worked well and left me with a clear visor after removing the scuffs.

Worked great and my accordion looks like new now.

I used this to buff out the scratches on my Fluke 83V multimeter display. Just to be precise, the Perspex shield fitted to the top housing and NOT the LCD itself. I hand polished for quite some time with some lint small lint free swabs. It looks 10x better and you can only see some very very fine scratches when you hold it up to the light. I may continue using my Dremel to try and get that perfect finish. Anyway, it is ok to use on Fluke meters on the top cover Perspex window.

As you can see from the image, my glasses frames were scuffed and looked worn. Using this product on it (rubbing in with a clean microfibre cloth) completely transformed them, saving me from buying another expensive pair!

I will definitely use this product again. After sanding down the excess uv resin, using the polish really made a difference.

It definitely restored the colour of my Swiss army knife and filled in very very light scratches with a wax-like texture. Not for scratches that are any deeper than that though. Also, this will need to be reapplied as it can come off easily with soap. I originally bought this to restore acrylic bangles/jewelry that need maintenance.

This little miracle in a bottle really worksHaving my bathroom refurbished nothing wrong with bath but had gone very dull used this and wow looks fantastic

The bottle contains enough polish to do more than 2 headlights and the results were really good but I'm giving 4 stars since the 3M polishing compound does a slightly better job which is only noticeable at night with the headlights on.

4 star. The product itself is great for it's intended purpose as polishing grit and no problems occured while using it. Giving my diorama of the ship a nice clear shine. Any scritished from the image is simply me not fully sanding down the scratches that occured from other means. The problem that occured witch caused me to knock off a star is the bottle. When arrived the cap was lose, half off and a bit of it leaked out. This cap remained quite losse even when reatatched. So it might be a singular product issue and it probably is. But is was a problem non the less.I don't see myself running out of it anytime soon but when I do I will most likely purchase another.

Our tiler scratched the cabinets when cleaning them with grout covered sponges… I was devastated but thought I had nothing to lose trying this. It worked, they’re certainly not perfect but you have to really know the scratches are there to see them now.

Nothing else worked!

I ordered this product and a buffing kit for my drill from Amazon as a last-ditched effort to clear hard water etching from my acrylic shower wall. Finally something that made a difference!

Poor shipping, good product performance

I used this after wet-sanding rough-sawn edges of lucite. It worked very well with a buffing wheel and polished quickly. The issue I had was that because of the design of the bottle cap it opened at some point during shipping and about 1/4 of the contents were gone and all over the bottle/bag.

This stuff worked for me on my 04 Land Rover Discovery headlights they were looking a bit tired and I'd looked at a lot of products that involved sanding and several things. This I just popped a bit on to a microfiber cloth worked in small circular movements and did a small area at a time then buffed with a clean dry cloth. As you can see from the photos it worked very well for my use.
