Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@glasspolish.com to request a return. Unless we instruct otherwise, send returns to: Glass Polish House, Ratoath Road, Hollystown, Dublin 15, D15 E2FP, Ireland
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
