Professional Glass Restoration
Manufactured in-house using our proprietary multi-grade cerium oxide formulation, this extra-concentrated professional-grade compound delivers an average particle size of 2.3 microns for fast, consistent polishing performance. Used by GLASS POLISH technicians and supplied with all GLASS POLISH DIY and Professional Glass Scratch Removal Systems, it is ready to use straight from the bottle, polishing faster, lasting longer than standard compounds, and restoring original clarity, smoothness, and shine to glass surfaces.
What Is Glass Polishing Compound?
GP-PRO Glass Polishing Compound is a ready-to-use cerium oxide polishing compound developed for professional glass restoration. Unlike traditional cerium oxide powders, it requires no mixing with water and provides consistent polishing performance straight from the bottle. Its proprietary multi-grade formulation creates a stable polishing compound that is easily reactivated with water during use, delivering a smooth, controlled finish while restoring optical clarity and appearance.
What Can It Remove?
This polishing compound is designed to remove fine scratches, sanding marks, haziness, chemical staining, hard water deposits, windshield wiper blade streaks, water spots, road film, oily residue, and other light surface imperfections. It restores clarity, smoothness, and the original polished finish to glass affected by everyday wear, environmental contamination, and previous sanding operations.
Suitable Applications
Suitable for automotive, marine, commercial, decorative, and household glass. It can be used on windscreens, side and rear windows, mirrors, shower screens, glass doors, glass tables, fish tanks, ceramic hobs, oven doors, balustrades, splashbacks, and many other glass surfaces. It is also suitable for polishing marble, ceramics, minerals, stone, polycarbonate, and selected metal surfaces.
Application Methods
Apply directly from the bottle using a felt polishing pad with a rotary polisher or electric drill for professional glass polishing. For best results, use at approximately 1500–2000 RPM while keeping the polishing surface lubricated with water. It can also be used with DA (dual action) and orbital polishers or applied by hand with a soft cloth for routine polishing and surface maintenance.
Important Information
This product is intended for polishing out fine scratches and other light surface imperfections that can barely be seen or felt with a fingernail. Deeper scratches require a multi-stage repair process using GLASS POLISH glass abrasives before the final polishing stage with GP-PRO Glass Polishing Compound, or by using one of our complete DIY or Professional Glass Scratch Removal Systems.
