75mm plating pad with Velcro. Good quality and good durability for now.
Unlike cerium and abrasive and felt discs of the same firm, at least this is still healthy and seems to perform its task, despite not giving the feeling of extreme robustness.

Back up disc works great. It’s stiff and allows you to get places that the softer one won’t work in. I will definitely order again.

Fine, but can delaminate the velcro backing - not a big issue for a small job as it will accept being put back in place - however, if you live far, order two in case (my view). Ok, I am updating this review as I think I used too many revs at first. I bought two in case, but the first one has just finished the job. Keep to the rev guidelines, keep the heat down on the glass at all stages, and you should be fine with the backing plate.
