To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at Send Email to request a return.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to package and send the product back to us.
Return the product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase using a trackable service.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for returns.
If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
